Each Stainless Steel cover is made from 316 Stainless Steel and we use the latest CNC machining technology, this ensures the highest quality of workmanship and precise measurements.

Due to these facts we guarantee each Stainless Steel cover for 10 years from the date of purchase for the original purchaser.

If it cracks due to faulty Stainless Steel or workmanship we will replace it free of charge.

Note...

Our guarantee is only for the original purchaser and the original purchase invoice / receipt or a copy of must be presented for a warranty claim. This is to prove original ownership.

2: Claims Procedure

Return the Stainless Steel cover to the place of purchase including the original invoice / receipt or a copy of, this is to prove you are the original purchaser.
It will be inspected and if it is considered cracked due to faulty Steel or workmanship we will replace it with a new one free of charge.

3. Guarantee DOES NOT INCLUDE

If the Stainless Steel cover has been cut with any type of non-powered or powered cutting tool.
Damaged by any other method eg. you un-lock your gate, put Stainless Steel cover on the driveway then run over it with your car.
If sold to a third party our guarantee is null and void for the new owner.

High Tensile Chain.

If purchased with the Stainless Steel cover other than Australia's mandatory 6 months warranty from the date your order was posted.

We buy the High Tensile Chain from another company and they do not give a written guarantee on High Tensile Chain.
